We are currently only shipping to the United Kingdom. We ship all order on Standard 2nd Class Tracked Delivery via Royal Mail on all orders which costs £2.95. Free standard Tracked delivery will be offered on orders over £40.

All deliveries will be shipped within 3-5 working days. However, busy periods where we have promotional offers, orders can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched.

International Deliveries - We are currently not taking orders from outside of the United Kingdom at this present moment. However, if you are interested in purchasing before we start taking orders, do get in touch with us on hello@edenglorycompany.com

We hope that you’ll be happy with your candle when they arrive, but if anything isn’t right do drop us a note at hello@edenglorycompany.com and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

We ensure that all our candles are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if candles are damaged on arrival; once photographic proof of damage has been shared within 7 days of delivery, we will offer an exchange. Just contact us on hello@edenglorycompany.com  and we’ll be happy to help. You can exchange your candle for another candle of the same size and price within 7 days of your original purchases.

We are unable to refund or replace candles that have been lit.
